We faced several challenges during development, which required innovative solutions and precise design to ensure an effective tool for users. The most prominent of these were:
Providing a detailed, organized plant library with smart search and filters to easily find the right type, size, and environment

Our team worked through a series of steps to ensure the application's success, including conducting initial tests with users to improve the user experience, continuously developing prototypes based on feedback, launching a beta version to gather comments and suggestions, and finally, analyzing data to measure the application's impact on performance and interaction.
Proof of Concept (PoC): We developed a prototype of Al-Rassi App to test plant browsing and purchase processes, gathering user feedback to improve the interface and performance
Workflow Analysis: We analyzed the user journey from login to purchase completion, developing clear interfaces and smart filters to simplify browsing and reduce the number of steps
Mobile Interface: We used Flutter to develop a fast and smooth app that runs efficiently on iOS and Android, providing a consistent user experience
Dashboard and Cloud Integration: We designed the dashboard using React.js and connected it to Firebase for real-time data updates, ensuring stable and secure performance
Compatibility and Performance: We tested the app across various devices and browsers to ensure optimal display, high speed, and readiness for future scalability
