Proof of Concept (PoC): We began the PoC phase for the Thimar Sinwan app by developing a simple prototype focused on showcasing products and completing basic orders. The prototype was tested with a limited group of users to gather direct feedback on usability and performance speed. We concentrated on analyzing customer behavior and identifying the features most important to them in a daily shopping app. Delivery systems and real-time inventory updates were tested to ensure readiness before scaling. Based on these experiences, we implemented multiple improvements to the interface and browsing experience, including simplifying the purchase steps and clarifying product details. The initial results showed high user acceptance, reinforcing our decision to proceed with full development. This phase proved the concept’s feasibility and its potential for expansion in the local market

The backend infrastructure includes integration with secure electronic payment gateways and cloud servers to ensure fast response times and service stability. This integrated system aims to deliver a smart and seamless shopping experience from order placement to delivery

Web and Mobile Solution: The Thimar Sinwan system relies on an integrated solution encompassing both web and mobile applications to meet the needs of diverse users. The web interface is designed to be easy to navigate, suitable for large orders or use by stores and businesses, while the mobile app offers a faster and more flexible experience for individual users on the go. Both systems are connected to the same database, ensuring real-time synchronization of orders, inventory, and payments. The solution was developed using modern technologies such as React for the web, Flutter for mobile, and MySQL databases to guarantee high performance and a smooth experience. The infrastructure also integrates payment systems and cloud delivery services to provide fast response times and high security. This balance between web and mobile enhances service accessibility and helps cater to various daily user scenarios
