We faced several challenges during development, which required innovative solutions and precise design to ensure an effective tool for users. The most prominent of these were:
Integrating with local stores was a major challenge, requiring standardization of product and inventory data across different platforms
Ensuring accurate GPS was essential for effectively directing delivery agents, requiring the development of advanced algorithms to handle geographic and infrastructure variations
Integrating electronic payment gateways was challenging in terms of security and speed, requiring both user data protection and a seamless payment process
Enhancing the user interface to be intuitive and user-friendly was another challenge to ensure a seamless user experience
Balancing supply and demand to optimize delivery efficiency and forecast future orders was essential to meet users’ needs on time. All these challenges were overcome through a multidisciplinary team’s collaboration and dedicated work to realize Zonat’s vision of providing a unique shopping experience
Our team worked through a series of steps to ensure the application's success, including conducting initial tests with users to improve the user experience, continuously developing prototypes based on feedback, launching a beta version to gather comments and suggestions, and finally, analyzing data to measure the application's impact on performance and interaction.
Proof of Concept (PoC): A prototype of Zonat App was developed and tested with users, then improved based on feedback to ensure a safe and seamless shopping experience
App Workflow Analysis: The app allows users to browse stores, select products, make secure payments, and track orders in real-time until home delivery
Web and Mobile Solution: We used Laravel, React.js, and MySQL for the web, and Flutter for mobile to deliver professional, cross-platform performance
Compatibility: The app was tested to ensure smooth operation across various devices and browsers, with continuous updates to enhance performance and compatibility
