Healthcare App

“تطبيق الرعاية الصحية” — شركات برمجة في مصر

The value added by a healthcare app
Main technology:

A healthcare customer is the entity that owns or uses a healthcare card. The healthcare card is provided to the customer as a means of obtaining healthcare services at a reduced cost or with discounts. The healthcare card usually operates through contracts with clinics, medical centers, hospitals, pharmacies, dental centers, other healthcare centers, and sports clubs.

It uses the latest technologies to meet health needs and facilitate daily life. Among these technologies are the following:

1 Flexible appointments and easy reservations to suit customers’ needs with ease

2 Monitoring clients’ personal health, sharing data with the health care team, and receiving notifications with necessary advice and directions

3 Providing notifications within the application to reach customers with offers and everything new

4 Providing continuous support and follow-up with the health support team at any time to ask questions and obtain assistance

Challenges:

The application was created to address several challenges, some of the most important of which are:

1. Difficulty accessing quality care due to long distances and the lack of healthcare facilities in some areas.

2. Communication and coordination between medical teams in the healthcare environment involved in patient care, such as general practitioners, specialists, pharmacists, and nurses. The healthcare application helps facilitate communication and sharing of vital medical information between teams, improving the quality of care and reducing medical errors.

3. Managing healthcare information, such as medical reports, x-rays, and medical tests, in a secure, digital electronic format, eliminating traditional paper-based systems.

4. Safety and security. Maintaining patient safety and security is of utmost importance in the healthcare field. The healthcare application seeks to provide systems and technologies that enhance safety and security, such as securing health data, verifying user identities, providing data encryption, and implementing privacy standards.

The solution and how it works in general:

Proof of Concept :

Proof of concept for an application refers to proving the applicability and feasibility of the application idea and understanding how it works and its potential impact in the field of health care. Proof of concept includes the following steps: 1 Goal Setting: We identified the client's objectives for the application, such as improving patient access to healthcare services, medical teams, and contracted organizations, as well as enhancing communication between them and clients, and managing and improving health data and information. 2 Prototyping: We created an initial prototype to illustrate the concept and designed core features, user interface, and overall application workflow. 3 Development: The prototype was programmed and developed by highly skilled and experienced developers, focusing on building key functionalities that reflect the intended ideas and concepts. 4 Testing and Evaluation: We tested the initial version of the application with a small group of users and medical teams, and further developed it to better meet user needs, improve performance, and enhance the user experience.

Analysis of how it works within the application:

We conducted the analysis based on several components working together to achieve the application’s intended goals. Below is an analysis of some key elements of the app: 1 Registration and User Profile :The app allows users to create personal accounts and enter their basic personal and medical information. Profiles are created for both patients and healthcare professionals, including details such as name, date of birth, contact information, medical history, and current health status. 2 Healthcare Service Providers : We registered medical and service entities, as well as healthcare providers, within the app and verified them to facilitate service delivery to users. 3 Information and Report Sharing : Users can share their medical information and reports with healthcare teams such as treating doctors, consultants, or pharmacists. Files and reports can be uploaded and securely shared through the app. 4 Easy Access to Healthcare Services : This was achieved through the issuance of a healthcare card upon app registration, which simplifies access to services, offers, and discounts provided by different healthcare entities and teams.

Web and mobile based solution:

First, the web: We used the Laravel language for back-end programming and development, VUE JS for front-end programming and development, MySQL for databases to store data within the application. These technologies are suitable for large systems that require precise handling of large amounts of data. Second, the mobile: We used the Flutter programming and mobile application development language, which is easy to use and highly professional in creating applications that run on both Apple and Android platforms.

Compatibility:

We developed and programmed the healthcare application and thoroughly tested it to ensure compatibility with all operating systems. This includes the web-based admin dashboard and the informational website. The mobile application was also carefully developed and tested to ensure compatibility with available platforms such as Apple iOS and Google Android.
