Quicky Clean car wash app relies on advanced technology to achieve the best results in the car wash process. Among the main technologies used in the app are:
Mobile App Technology: The app runs on smartphones, providing users with easy access and usability، Customers can download the app and book a car wash service quickly and easily.
Geolocation Technology: The app uses geolocation technology to locate the customer and direct the laundry team to their location. This provides comfort and convenience for customers and makes the booking and coordination process easy and efficient.

Challenges:
People often face difficulty finding a suitable time to wash their car or perform the necessary care for it. Time can be limited and daily life can be busy with other burdens such as the high temperatures in Saudi Arabia. In addition, it can be difficult to find high-quality and reliable car wash facilities. Therefore, the client asked us to create the Quick Clean application to overcome these problems that are considered major in the lives of users.
The most important challenges for which the Quicky Clean app was created:
- Lack of time: Many people suffer from lack of time in their daily schedule to wash their cars.
- Comfort and convenience: The app offers great comfort to customers thanks to the possibility of booking the service via a smartphone.
- Service Quality: The app aims to provide a high-quality and distinguished car wash service with professional and trained wash teams, ensuring comprehensive cleaning, polishing, and paint protection for the car.
- Trust and Security: The app relies on geolocation technology and direct communication with customers, ensuring trust and security in the booking process and service provision.
The solution and how it works in general:
Proof of Concept :
The proof-of-concept phase is an important stage in achieving a function or set of functions for the final product The proof-of-concept phase of the Quicky Clean application includes the following: Define objectives: Identify the main goals you want to demonstrate through objectives, such as the app's ability to provide convenience and comfort to customers or provide high-quality car wash services. Scoping: Defining the scope of the trial for specific types of cars, areas to be covered, or specific types of services Preparing the environment: Preparing the mobile devices that will be used to run the application, setting up the appropriate experimental environment, and ensuring the availability of an internet connection. Implementing operations: We implemented car wash operations using the application in the specified experimental environment and experimented with booking and coordination operations, tracking work progress, and providing service to customers. Evaluation of results: We evaluated the results according to the objectives that were set. These evaluations include user experience, quality of service, speed of response, and feedback from customers to improve and modify the application as needed. Improvement and modification: Based on the results obtained from the experiments, we were able to improve and add new features to better meet customer needs.
Analyze how the app works:
We analyzed and created the application based on the customer's requirements that he wanted to meet the needs of customers in the car wash service. The analysis to create the application included two parts. The first part is for the customer or the application user, where the user downloads the application from the store and logs in using his phone number. A message with a confirmation code is sent to him. Then he registers his login information and chooses the package that suits him in line with his financial capabilities and the number of washes he wants in the month. If he wants, he can request a single wash without subscribing to a specific package. Then the customer confirms the reservation by choosing a time and place that suits him, and then pays through the various payment methods within the application. Secondly, the employee’s part, where he downloads his application from the store and receives orders from customers near him. The specialized employee confirms the request, goes to the customer, and begins the washing process. The employee can communicate with the customer through the chat inside the application or call him. After the employee finishes providing the service, he confirms this through the application and the customer receives a notification that the laundry has been completed.
Web and mobile based solution:
In the Quicky Clean application, we used the most modern and advanced programming languages to meet the customer's needs with the best quality and professionalism. We used the Reaact JS programming language in the customer's control panel to create the front end. We used the fast and advanced Node JS programming language to create the back end, and in the mobile section, we used the Flutter programming language to make the application compatible with the famous app stores Google Play and Apple Store.
Compatibility:
When developing the application, it was tested and optimized to ensure its compatibility with various devices and screens, on Apple and Google systems, and on smartphones and tablets. Additionally, ensure that app versions are compatible with supported operating system versions. It may be necessary to update the app regularly to maintain compatibility with new operating system versions and improve performance and user experience.
