As a development company, we faced many challenges while creating the Zonat app to provide a unique and convenient shopping experience. These challenges included:

Integrating with local stores was a major challenge, as it required unifying product and inventory data across different platforms.

Ensuring GPS accuracy was essential to effectively direct delivery agents, which required developing advanced algorithms to address geographic and infrastructure differences.

All of these challenges were overcome through the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team and the hard work of Zonat to achieve its vision of providing a unique shopping experience.

Proof of Concept :

To validate the concept of the Zonat app, we followed a systematic and comprehensive approach. We conducted an extensive market study to identify customer needs and expectations from a local e-commerce application. Based on this study, a prototype was developed focusing on core functionalities such as browsing products, adding items to the cart, and providing payment and delivery options. This prototype was tested with a selected group of users to gather direct feedback on the user experience. After analyzing the feedback, we improved the user interface and added new features in response to user requirements. We also collaborated with several local stores to integrate their product data and ensure system compatibility with various databases to support an effective delivery system. GPS algorithms were tested to enhance delivery accuracy and reduce waiting times. The company also implemented a secure e-payment system through integration with trusted payment gateways, ensuring user data protection through advanced encryption technologies. A wide-scale pilot phase was carried out in a specific region, where performance was monitored and more data collected to further improve efficiency and reliability. The success of this pilot phase confirmed the viability of the app and paved the way for its full-scale launch. Through this well-thought-out approach, the Zonat app proved its capability to meet user needs and provide a smooth and secure shopping experience.

Once you download the app and create an account, you can start exploring nearby local stores and discover a wide range of available products. Simply select the items you need and add them to your shopping cart. After finishing your shopping, proceed to the checkout page where you can choose your preferred payment method—either cash on delivery or secure online payment. Once the payment is completed, the app sends your order to the selected store, where it is quickly prepared. One of our professional delivery agents will pick it up and deliver it straight to your doorstep. You can track your order in real-time through an integrated map that shows the delivery agent’s location and estimated arrival time. When your order arrives, it will be handed to you directly at your home, saving you the hassle of going to the store. The Zonat app is designed to make everyday shopping more convenient and efficient, ensuring a smooth and secure experience from start to finish.

Web and mobile based solution:

We used the latest technologies in programming the Zonat app to enable it to serve its users professionally. These technologies include the following: First, the web: We used the Laravel language for back-end programming and development, React JS for front-end programming and development, and MySQL for databases to store data within the app. These technologies are suitable for large systems that require precise handling of large amounts of data. Second, the mobile: We used the Flutter mobile app development language due to its high quality and professionalism in creating mobile apps, as well as optimizing the app for the most popular app platforms, such as Android and iPhone.

Compatibility:

When developing the app, it was tested and optimized to ensure compatibility with various browsers, such as Chrome and Safari, and various devices and screens, both on Apple and Google systems, and on smartphones and tablets. In addition, we ensure that app versions are compatible with supported operating system versions. It may be necessary to update the app regularly to maintain compatibility with new operating system versions and improve performance and user experience.
