Shipment Tracking: Once the request is accepted by the service provider, the user can track the shipment status through the app. They can view the shipment status, such as locations and dates, providing accurate and transparent information to the user. Appointment Management and Organization: The app helps manage appointments related to shipments, as the user can set delivery and loading times based on their preferences. Web and mobile based solution:

We used the latest technologies in programming the application to enable it to serve its users professionally. These technologies include the following: First, the web: We used Node.JS for back-end programming and development, VUE.JS for front-end programming and development, and MySQL for databases to store data within the application. These technologies are suitable for large systems that require precise handling of large amounts of data. Second, the mobile: We used Flutter, a programming and mobile application development language, to ensure ease of use and high professionalism in creating the application, as it works on both Apple and Android platforms.

Compatibility:

We made sure that the application is compatible with all browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and we made the control panel pages responsive to be effective when the administrator opens the control panel from a mobile phone or tablet without the need for a computer. We also made sure that the application is compatible with the application stores platforms Google Play and Apple Store to facilitate downloading the application from any mobile phone, whether Android or iPhone.
