Managing a Massive and Diverse Workforce: We faced extreme difficulty controlling the core data of thousands of employees, drivers, and technicians geographically distributed across multiple governorates and branches, lacking a unified central mechanism to update personnel files efficiently and quickly

Complex Bus Shift Scheduling: The challenge lay in manually organizing schedules and routes for the West and Central Delta lines, causing frequent overlapping of driver shifts and continuous conflicts that negatively impacted citizens' scheduled trip times

Calculating Variable Financial Entitlements and Allowances: The traditional system faced a real crisis in accurately calculating driver bonuses linked to actual mileage and trips, alongside difficulties applying deductions and social insurance in compliance with public business sector regulations

Tracking Driving Licenses and Medical Certificates: The absence of a proactive alert system for renewing professional driving licenses and periodic medical reports posed a major legal and operational risk, threatening sudden trip cancellations due to expired official documents

How it works

Our team worked on a series of steps to ensure the success of the application, including conducting initial tests with users to improve the user experience, continuously developing models based on feedback, launching a trial version to collect comments and suggestions, and finally analyzing data to measure the application's impact on performance and interaction.

Creating Unified Digital Employee Profiles: The system aggregates and stores all workforce and driver documents within a centralized cloud database, allowing administrative and operational departments instant access to employee files and flexible, secure tracking of procedural updates

Smart Scheduling of Trips and Driver Shifts: The software automatically distributes work shifts and assigns bus routes based on driver availability and vehicle readiness, utilizing artificial intelligence features to prevent schedule overlaps and ensure uninterrupted service continuity

Full Automation of the Payroll System: The system automatically calculates monthly salaries, allowances, and operational bonuses upon integration with executed trip data, while electronically deducting taxes and insurance to generate detailed payslips for every worker with one click

Self-Service Portal and Notification System: The application enables employees to submit leave requests and permissions while tracking balances directly, while sending automated alerts to management and drivers well before professional licenses and official documents expire

Results

The end of the project was the beginning of a new success story; after the launch, we received excellent user reviews, and the application directly contributed to increasing the efficiency of the client's operational processes, thus fully realizing its digital vision.
